There are 3 beautiful cottages adjacent to one another, making a great place to holiday with your family or a group of families. 



Just 600m from the beach, each of the cottages has stunning sea views, off street parking and a private children's playground immediately to the rear with swings, a zip slide and a pirate ship.



Porth Farm House (Sleeps 8)

Tucked into the hillside at the end of the lane the house is south facing, with its own sunny lawn and superb views out to sea and inland over the lovely Lanherne valley, with the moors in the distance. Originally owned by an acclaimed architect who re-modelled the house in the 30's with a unique eye.



Living space:  On entering the front door (which is protected by a porch with space for coats, wellingtons etc) you come into a large open plan living room, with beams and a beautiful polished oak floor.

The sitting room: has three comfy sofas positioned in front of an open fire, a large desk under the west window and an old piano. At the other end is a dining table, dresser, toy cupboard and serving hatch to the kitchen.



Kitchen: a fantastic kitchen to cook in lots of space to prepare, cook and store equipment. It has a huge old teak draining board with double sinks, a stone sink, pine dresser and a large slate shelved ladder. Also a fridge freezer, electric cooker and washing machine.

Bedrooms: it can accommodate 8 with two double bedrooms (one with a dressing room), one twin bedded room and one with bunks; all with fitted carpets; three have washbasins.

Bathrooms: On the first floor there is bath / shower room and separate w/c. There is also an outdoor w/c with a summer shower.

The Annexe (Sleeps 9)

Built into the hillside and adjoining Porth Farm this house was once the dairy. It has been extended over a garage to create a large sunny open-plan room. The front door opens into a grassy sun-trap carved into the hill, with steps leading down the lane.

Living space: A large open plan room with easy chairs, a desk and a fine helm fine table, the teak counter and pine shelves divide the dining area from the kitchen. It has a polished maple floor and big south facing windows giving wonderful views over the valley and sea



Kitchen: It has a larder, stainless double sink, teak draining board, cooker and fridge, etc. A stable door opens onto the grassy hillside, with handy washing line and steps to the play area. The windows over the sink catch all the morning sunshine.

Bedrooms: It can accommodate 9; The ground floor has double bedroom with an adjoining room with bunk beds and washbasin. The first floor has a carpeted bedroom with double and single bed, and there is a pine partition in the living room for a double bedroom.

Bathrooms: The ground floor has a lobby for coats, washing machine, a large shower room. The first floor has a bathroom with wc.

Lane Cottage (Sleeps 4)

A cosy cottage situated down the lane from Porth Farm, with south facing windows opening onto a sunny lawn giving wide views of the Lanherne valley and the sea.



Living space / kitchen: wooden floors and kitchen, easy chairs in front of an open fire, table and chairs near the double doors to the garden. Bathroom: A small bathroom and w/c.

Bedrooms: A double bedroom with double doors to the garden open off the living room. From the double bedroom a short, steep, narrow staircase leads up to a low sloping attic room with two single beds with a sea view, suitable for children.
